While the bar may appear inviting from the outside , what I encountered behind its doors was shocking and unacceptable on multiple levels .

From the moment I entered , it was clear that sanitation was not a priority at this venue. The surfaces were tacky , and a overpowering stench of stale beer and dirty bathrooms filled the entire pub. Reeking of a mixture of excrement , a rotting odor and sickness . The counter , which should be the focal point of any pub, was cluttered with dirty glasses and debris that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks . The toilet was in even a more revolting state — backed up, with a cracked flush mechanism and tiles smeared in what I can only assume was fecal matter .
